Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals will not extend the session beyond the original end time, to avoid affecting other clients.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the session being charged in full. There will be a 15 minute grace period for late arrival provided there is clear communication.
